These are the nine things we ask of St. Joseph:

1. To lead the world to the Catholic Faith, which is the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church; the way, the truth, and the life of Christ. [Joseph, Patron of the Universal Church, pray for us.]
2. To lead the Catholic Church back to its full, clear, truthful teachings and holiness. [Joseph, Protector of the Church, pray for us.]
3. To lead all Catholics back to full, concrete belief in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. [Joseph, Faithful Guardian of Christ, pray for us.]
4. To lead to the full removal of the filth within the Church (a term used by Pope Benedict in the Stations of the Cross, 2005, Ninth Station) [Joseph, Terror of Demons, pray for us.]
5. To lead marriages back to full understanding of their main purpose of having children and raising them in the Faith in order to achieve holiness and eternal salvation with Jesus. [Joseph, Head of the Holy Family, pray for us.]
6. To lead our country back from the present precipice and brink of atheistic Communism. [Joseph, Prudent and Brave, pray for us.]
7. To lead men and women to learn the true meaning of work – that of doing the Lord’s will and glorifying God. [Joseph, Model of Workers, pray for us.]
8. To lead men and women to seek holiness against the triple threat of the world, the flesh, and the devil. [Joseph, Chaste and Just, pray for us.]
9. To lead us to the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (apparitions of Fatima). [Joseph, Husband of the Mother of God, pray for us.]
